Billing Information

Orinda Psychology Inc. psychological services involve clinical psychotherapy for individuals and families. At this time, we do not accept Medicare or any direct, private insurance reimbursement, though documentation is available if you choose to seek such reimbursement on your own. Payment for services is expected to be made by credit card at the time of service. Fees for all services will be discussed with clients and provided in writing before beginning treatment.

Orinda Psychology has the following policy with regard to cancellations:

Sessions canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be charged a cancellation fee. (Please call your therapist’s regular contact number to cancel.)

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of the session, late arrivals, or “no-shows” will be charged the full fee for the time scheduled.
