Choosing the right therapist is about finding a good fit, and getting the professional services you need. I work from a collaborative stance, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and Parent-Child interventions to address the client's or family's treatment goals. Providing validation, compassion, and patience is an essential cornerstone to treatment, as well as, constructive feedback to support new growth and healing.
